What you need to know about trauma.
Trauma comes in many forms, whether it's a single event, or extreme stress over a period of time.
Both trauma and stress affect your emotional reactions and physiological responses. Symptoms could be panic attacks, sleep difficulties, over-emotionality or shutdown, hypersensitivity, dissociation, social anxiety and much more.
